Our Story
Founded in 2010, Keys Chocolate & Ice Cream is owned and operated by the Peterson Family. We are proud to be a favorite spot for locals and a vacation tradition for visitors from all over the world.
Sweets are a family legacy for Bronna and Rich Peterson; Bronna’s Grandmother owned her own restaurant and bakery, creating delicious new recipes for pies, cakes and cookies. Rich’s family owned Ramer’s Chocolates and Confectionary, bringing quality sweets to Minnesotians for many years. Together, they bring tried and true family recipes combined with high quality ingredients to the Keys to be enjoyed by everyone!
Stop by our locations in Key Largo and Islamorada to take a photo with Lucy, and try our hadcrafted treats; 36 flavors of ice cream & sorbetto, truffles, cookies and baked goods including our famous Key Lime Pie and Frozen Key Lime Pie Bars!
